Matilda Thompson

Paralegal

Matilda is a member of the Paralegal team at Ellem Warren Napa Lawyers, joining in 2026.

Prior to working at Ellem Warren Napa, Matilda has gained experience in family law, community legal centres and as a business owner providing disability support services which she continues to operate part time.

Matilda studies a dual degree in Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Arts (History) at USC Moreton Bay. She is the Vice President of the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Law Students Association (USCLSA) and Disability Officer of the Australian Law Students Association (ALSA). Matilda was the runner up of the USCLSA Negotiations competition in 2025, being the biggest competition held by the USCLSA to date. Upon graduating, Matilda would like to continue working in construction law and dispute resolution.

In her spare time, Matilda enjoys pilates, studying Italian, traveling with friends and going to the beach, especially with her border collie Milo.
