As a paralegal at Ellem Warren Napa Lawyers, you will learn quickly through on-the-job training, be exposed to our most complex matters and receive ongoing mentoring from our senior leaders.

Secondment Opportunities

All staff at Ellem Warren Napa Lawyers are given the opportunity to rotate from the firm into a client secondment. 

Ellem Warren Napa Lawyers runs a successful secondment program with opportunities for short term in-house placements across the mining, construction and property industries. These placements have opportunities for travel. 

These secondment opportunities allow our team to experience life on the client’s side of the business, developing their ability to provide valuable and practical legal advice and assistance.
